Here are the Terms & Conditions:
- Cashback is calculated based on the final order amount excluding any taxes, shipping fee, service charges, and discounts.
- Cashback is available only if you visit the TEMU’s website via ShopBack, and shop as per normal at TEMU
- ShopBack must be the last link you clicked in order to get Cashback.
- Cashback will be tracked within 2 days, and will be made redeemable in 120 days.
- If your Cashback doesn't track, no worries! Just submit a Missing Cashback (MCB) form on our website or app, and we'll take care of it.
- Items added AFTER initial payment is made will not be applicable for Cashback
- Payment made using TEMU Credit or TEMU Coins will not be applicable for Cashback
