This offer is valid from 20.06.2024 until 17.07.2024 (“Promotion Period”).
A selected customer needs to enter the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout when placing an order totalling $100 or more on the Woolworths online shopping site (woolworths.co.nz) or the Woolworths shopping app for the $20 discount to be applied to their online shop as outlined below.
Tobacco and vape products, smoking and vape accessories, Christmas Club vouchers, gift vouchers, gift cards, lottery tickets, recharges (mobile phones, calling cards, internet) and carpet care products do not count towards qualifying spend.
The “exclusive code” is not able to be shared and must be redeemed using the same email address for shopping online that the offer was sent to.
A $1.50 bag charge applies per order to cover the cost of all of the paper bags with the customer’s order.
The customer may only use one “exclusive code” per online shop. If there is a separate Woolworths promotion with a separate discount code, the customer will need to use the codes across separate online shops; the discount codes/”exclusive codes” cannot both be used on the same online shop.
Terms binding
By placing an online order and entering their “exclusive code” at checkout, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Who is eligible
This offer is only available to customers who receive an “exclusive code” by email, place an online order totalling $100 or more and use the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout during the Promotion Period.
Variations
Woolworths reserves the right to vary any of the terms of this offer or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.
Exclusions and Liability
Woolworths is not responsible for any offers not redeemed within the Promotion Period. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights customers may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, Woolworths and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion. Woolworths is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.

Any personal information collected by Woolworths through the promotion will be stored, used and disclosed in accordance with Woolworths’s Privacy Policy on www.woolworths.co.nz/about-us/our-policies/privacy-statement and the Privacy Act.
